Well done. Ja it's amazing what happens when you cut the crap out. I would have a problem letting go of coffee though

Real coffee, with or without full cream milk, will not derail a weight loss program, it might even help. Like anything in moderation off course, and without sugar off course.

Ja I can't say I'm missing sugar in coffee that much.

At work it's Ricoffy, at home it's either House Of Coffees Roma Espresso or Frisco. I guess Ricoffy and Frisco wouldn't be termed as real coffee?

102,4 kg this morning. Lost 5.2 since 1 January. According to my BMI, I am officially out of the obese category. Next target is to drop into double digits for the first time in about 20 months, hopefully close to the end of the month. Waist circumference down from 113cm to 105. Can already notice a difference in how my pants fit.

Yeah, if you ever get to the point where coffee without any sugar/sweeteners/cream etc is the bad part of your diet then you are doing really well.

Going sugar free with my coffee was probably the best move I ever made. Took a week to transition to it, but have never looked back. And when you drink 3/4 cups a day, losing the one sugar a cup adds up fast.

On another note, finally found my Whiskey it would seem - had a few glasses of this with ice and water over the weekend and I am a very content man

I think I drank a whole bottle of that on my own on Saturday...

I blame the birthday celebrations. Birthday is over, back to eating better and drinking less (until Up the Creek this weekend)

Scary to see the difference.

I also had tuna with my lunch:

G’z. Was yours in brine? This Rio Mare brand has some cans with beans or couscous mixed in that have less calories than the plain one but they are expensive. Damn good tho. It is like a mini, mini meal.

Please tell us all why you are punishing yourself with Ricoffy and Frisco...

The company I work for buys the Ricoffy, it's just been the staple coffee since I've worked there. I've been there for 11 years. Frisco at home if we're watching the budget.
