They are being pushed beyond their usual limits but to their credit have kept it together brilliantly. Seems that Spaz are good at nurturing talent and putting the right people together. The same can't be said for the Spur debacle. Poor Githa just about killed herself in a race she was woefully unprepared for. Eish.Well that's not really fair....the new team Spur was only put together two weeks before Epic start due to injury to Morath. Githa was unprepared and just jumped in, in the deep end to do the event - little did she know teaming up with Arianne what awaited her. But she did very well and respect to her. I think next year she will be back, super prepared and ready. Watch out for her next year. Maybe again with Arianne??

I still made a poepol of myself on twitter asking why he kept saying "L". I asked how Lang will it vad Paul Kaye to get her name right. At least he was cool about it

The pink frame is not new for the Epic, she has been rocking it since the World Champs last year. The frame she used for the XCO was a new one as far as I know. I don't have Instagram access on the work PC but it's in a post of hers (@kateplusfate) from 4 September 2017.
