with lockdown - replies take a few days as everyone is working remotely and in most cases are not working a full 8 hours a day?

 

below is the mail trail I was sent, suggest you check with Evo Bikes ( Janos is the contact window ) to check what the story is there - we have credited them for what they bought from us.

 

1. from warehouse to invoice lady

2. invoice clerk confirming credit was sent

3. Evo confirming they have credited the customer

I am 99.9999999999% sure Evo credited you - as that is what Janos of Evo Bikes advised our warehouse.

Spoken to Janos. Seems they have last week but nothing on my account yet.

I was checking for site credit though as I thought it would be a site credit. Good on them. I shall spend it with them anyway

sorry about that - send me a mail at makeevery@ridefarr.com - pls fwd the order # ( we changed websites in November 2019 - so alot of the old South African orders are no longer logged on there ) so I can do an EFT for the amount you paid.  Include your full name and bank details in the mail too pls.
