Quick update: The second part of my shipment has been sent via TRAKPAK Lite from CRC and is apparently going to be delivered by SAPO?

Very strange, half sent with SkyNet, half sent via TRAKPAK Lite? I'll probably have to wait forever for customs but at least I'm not incurring additional "admin" fees

Also got ripped by CRC. My Total parcel cost R1599-00, total customs and Skynet charges R1688-00.

The first invoice from Skynet was R899-99, I thought it was a little high, but OK...

until I got the 2nd invoice today, another R769-00... Initially confused and thought they made a mistake, only to figure out the idiots at CRC sent 2 shipments... What really erks me is that the items that I received today, i added to the order to save on shipping costs... a few little extras... the real item is still at customs.

I going to tell Skynet that I not willing to pay their charges and that the must return it to CRC...

CRC response, copy and paste of some bull****, didn't bat an eyelid when I said that I not paying the charges and asking to have items returned..... So F*&k them...

Keep u posted...

Seems Skynet doesn't operate weekends....received by Carrier 11th...

End of day 3 with Carrier....order placed, dispatched and sent to courier within day, then it just sits somewhere on a shelf at Skynet for 3 days? Express? Don't think so!...

So, my parcel has been out for delivery for 23 hours now.

I think the driver might be lost...

Dalene doesn't seem too concerned though.

Mine also still says out for delivery but it arrived yesterday

Ok, for Cape Town based guys, I have the contact details of the dispatchers now.

And they respond! And the pickup their phones!

Ruben helped me promptly.

Ruben Syners <rubens@skynet.co.za>  0215903222
Ashton Haupt <ashtonh@skynet.co.za>

For the rest of you, Maxeen Naidoo <maxeenn@skynet.co.za>, who someone mentioned earlier in this thread, sent me the above details so she may help you too.

I'm happy to say, my ordeal is over. May it never be repeated!

Good luck and God speed!

Thanks I've emailed rubens@skynet.co.za with all my correspondence between myself and Dalene.... how can you have someone emailing one word emails? WTF! Hopefully things get better now...

Waiting for an answer from skynet whether or not I'll be charged their "admin fee" as I chose standard shipping

They are charging me a "admin fee" which is ludicrous when I specifically asked for standard shipping so I wouldn't incure over inflated courier fees... waiting to hear back from Ruben.. something tells me I'm going to end up coughing regardless

I’ve got a brake caliper that’s been stuck at durmail hub since 27/02/18. After contacting crc they send me a replacement one. This one arrived at at jhb on 24/04/18. Nearly a month later I am expecting it tomorrow. If anyone has a contact for me at durmail I would appreciate it.

Having ordered a BB from bb infinite they contacted me refusing to ship it with normal postage, the reason being that our local post office is loosing the parcels. His words were: “I don’t know what’s going on with your postal system....” I had to pay extra for either fedex or dhl
