My best mate ( at my wedding and in life) who is also a Gooner and I were discussing the game earlier. He feels that Utd will win tonight and is willing to accept it. I on the other hand said to him that if we want to be in Europe next season we need to win our next two games as United and West Ham are our direct rivals for 4th and if you wish to end 4th you have to beat those rivals. Also with us set to loose Lacazett and Nkeita in Jan we need a striker as Auba has become the Ozil 2.0 since his payday 18months ago. So in order to attract a top class striker in Jan we need to look like we will be in Europe next season by being 4th on the log come the window.

As you have stated previously (which i totally agree with), our 10 game run was mostly against muppets and when we came against the big boys we lost badly again. This too makes the next 4 days extremely important for us.

Your ManU assumption is that Spurs are not gonna win tonight.... ????

So Tottenham Hotspur winning two games on the trot in 2021 is a far fetched idea.... ????????????????

Great exciting game I thought  even when United went down I still felt they would bounce back. I even put a tenner on at 3:1.

good result for spurs. Brentford a tricky side. With their game in hand and a relatively easy fixture on weekend they must be eyeing a top 4. Lots of competition for P4.

Although I called those 2 EPL games last night, I got messed up by Lazio playing to a draw... Drat!!

Anyway, will live to play another day....

Yep, Spurs seem to be looking up, long May that continue ????????

Interesting to see Carrick leaving Utd.

I wonder if the appointment of Rangnick had anything to do with it.

Yeah, time to be his own boss at another club I reckon,

Just shooting the breeze really. If the season ended like this in premiership and championship there would be 9 London clubs in peremiership next season. ( assuming play offs went to current league position)

hypothetical situation but it is quite concerning.

That’s a pretty handsome return 👍🏽
I wasn’t expecting West Ham to prevail, so they booted me out for today...

Well done to the Hammers, not that Brighton were doing me any favors either

That Brighton goal in the 98th minute cost me 45 quid.

Had a trio of wins. Rangers, Liverpool an saints at 5:1. When Liverpool scored in 94th minute I was already looking online to buy my super yacht and Lamborghini. Couple of minutes later. Pah bollocks.

however I did have hammers at 5:1 for a win with a fiver so up a few quid overall. Could have been much better. 2 sides I never get against. Hammers an Leicester.

Today will place my total winnings of yesterday which amount to around 4 quid and put em on United..pays a paltry 6.15 then take that an put it all on leicester which will pay 18:45 total.

that should pay for a round at the pub. Big leagues , big stakes….

Hhhmmmmm...

I suppose that could work 🤞🏽
In the meantime, I’m going with Brentford, ManU, Spurs and Villa in the late game.

All of which amounts to 19.35:1

So a tenner could see me recover yesterday’s poor showing, and then SOE 🤞🏽

Not a bad shout but I do see a draw somewhere today.

love watching Brentford play. Watched them a lot over the last 3 or 4 years as I was watching a lot of championship football.

next time saints go there I am going to get a ticket I reckon. May next year. Hope I get one through saints. Another ground I want to go to again is Upton Park. Game on Boxing Day so unlikely to be able to go. We see. Going up to Liverpool and Blackpool after Christmas to chill a bit. Might catch a Blackpool game…lots of history up there.. iirc one of my favourite players played for Blackpool back in the day. Duncan mckenzie.
