i've been building a new toy for the past few months....it's standing in my lounge 90% completed and all i need to go smash it is a new cassette, chain and brakes.

it's torturing me as it stands there in its smugness....it knows...and it is enjoying it.

My turn will come though...and then ill have the last laugh ^_^

Mate of mine is building an SB150, and just waiting for the wheels which should have arrived with the frame, but didn't. Were supposed to then be here last week, and again, haven't arrived. He's frothing.

I remember this when I got my first proper bike. I was missing a front wheel and handlebars. I pushed it around when the wife was out, till I got caught when she returned home earlier than expected

I used to ride my bike in the house all the time. It's a bicycle, not a pram.

But then one day I learned that my wide bars don't fit through all the doorways. The hard way.

The result was a hole in the door at bar height, an unexplainable bruise from where my torso connected with the stem, and I now ride my bike around the house instead of through the house.

I managed to polyfilla the door before Wifey came home....

need to start a new standard so we can market the kit and everybody with fomo will buy it.

I can see our latest 'Sub-Urban Freestyle narrow riser bars' selling like hotcakes. " At an industry first 766.66mm, they are just wide enough for the ultimate control through standard doorways (813mm) and architraves.^_^

What a bike...

First full suspension bike, feels a little weird at first, but quickly got used to it.

Pedals so much easier than my old hardtail

I do need to go up on the chainring though, I found myself on the small ring 80% of the time on flats.

Will also look at upgrading the wheelset, bike feels real heavy in the hand, luckily not as noticable when pedaling
