Wheel rebuild

Had my American Classics Carbon 40 rebuilt by BMC. Exceptional service and would recommend these guys to everyone. After searching high and low for decent wheel builders I decided to go with a well known bike service center. After being messed around for 4 weeks, no communication, told that I would require new spokes and nipples, no stock available etc.. I decided to collect the wheels, drop it off at BMC who told me the wheels will be ready for collection the following day.

The price was less than half compared to the first shop.

I am not here to bad mouth anyone, just to recommend that if you looking for the perfect road-wheel builder at a great price, BMC Woodstock is where you want to be.

Great staff, great service at very reasonable prices.

Their mechanic is great, good guy to deal with. But there is a big but. I will just leave it there. Mechanic has nothing to do with the but.

They are in Salt River btw...sorry to nitpick lol. But yes, they have helped me a few times too....even rectifying work that has been half-arsed by other shops. And their turnaround times are very good. They get it.
