Thanks for posting, this is exactly what I needed. 

Jumped into the pool yesterday and did a run this morning (it was probably my shittest run in YEARS) anyway watching this had me clearing my throat occasionally and wondering who the hell is chopping onions in the office. 

I received the updated waiver email from IM this morning. Bring on April 2022!

Was advertised a short while ago the new 70.3.  The bike route for the 70.3 (being the same as Worlds2018 which cuts towards town away from Marine Dr, before connecting with Marine Dr) so is slightly different to the FIM bike route.  Still think it will be a draft fest on the bike leg on the way back with both HIM and FIM cycling the same route back ..... should be interesting!!

Oh man, tell me about it! The family doesn't even include me in plans anymore... Or they tell me where they will be and hopefully I can cycle or run past where they will be!!

Looks like the Beast from the East will be blowing Sunday, so we are going to have a tough day on the bike with the wind.  Might even be another shortened swim!

Monday's weather looking a lot better, so am hoping the wind blows through quickly and the weather changes to be more like the Monday
