We all rode hard and paid our fees for correct results and if they can't deliver then please let us know when we can expect the correct results. It has been 3 days already! I'm all for the suggestion of just applying the start group time for those who are missing a start time. The few seconds it takes to cross the timing mats should not make much of a difference.
