Just received an email with my starting batch - starting in batch I at 6:51.

 

A lot earlier than last year which was batch R at 7:31.

 

Now I'm nervous!

How did you get to that? with your seeding or did you receive a SMS?

Not even up on the racetec website for start groups yet... you can normally see your start group before you get the email/sms

Hehe, neither, it's a corporate entry so for the last 4 years I have always had the same starting time

Preferential treatment for the "out-of-towners"  . Not only do we have to pay e-toll but we also have to wait longer than the folks from KZN for our starting times  .

Quite surprised as my seeding took a serious knock as I havent raced since 947 2017, but I see they used my seeding from 947 2017 for this. Not complaining, nice to get out early.
