Enough stages left for him to pull it off. It would be strange indeed to have a GT and Thomas NOT doing what he is so famous for.

Impressive pacing by Landa's team. I laaik it. The best form of defending your GC position is to attack, if you have ample team support. Meanwhile, Mick is hanging at the tail of the peloton with his dom' in his backpacker, McCarthy, in 3rd place on GC, maybe or maybe not with a power meter. Likely with a heart rate monitor. The last of the Colombian forces on GC. His strategy this week is to wait for others to crack as he is not as explosive as a Rog' or Pog' and he will be looking for a solid time trial as with steady state is one of his strengths.
