Honest mistake. Lansky makes some of the best in the industry and Sharp Edge would be my first stop as well.

I have the Ridgeline with the Alu SS adapter at the back. 135mm QR std. So was wondering if they have an adapter to for a TA - probably non-boost.

Dealing directly with Lynskey is a breeze and they ship to SA for free - probably not on small items though
