How long for Ractec/PPA to update seedings?

Might be a silly question but will the Ride Joburg seeding have an effect on other races? I don't find any place to view the latest 2021 race version's seeding index.

I see Ride Joburg seeding is now done by someone else? Assume it is still an official seeding event for the CTCT but will probably only be updated by Racetec much later.

@Skubarrahow did the race go this morning?

Very happy - think with most of the big guns on holiday and no real climbs on route it was my day to wheelsuck like a champ for 99% of the race and sneak into the top 20 in the final sprint 😋

I'm definitely more comfortable in B bunch but it was awesome to see how the local teams & strong guys in A operate, different levels..

Let's see if this does something for the seedings - I suspect mr adjusted winning time is going to kick all our asses 🤷‍♂️

I will remind you of that as often as possible as it will probably happen never again 😁  Are you the guy that pulled out just after the turn-off on Slent? Well done to your team, you guys raced really well, almost got the win.

yes I cramped for literally 1 min and it went away as suddenly as it came. Once I managed to clip back in it was too late to even dream of catching the group again even though I still have good legs. Very weird.

Haha but not like at val de vie, it came and went then I could finish with the same average power as before 🙄

I also wheelsucked my way to a 35kmph average in C batch after having the good sense to see a Savage shirt at the front and deliberately chose to start at the back so my terrier instincts  wouldn't force me to chase.

Held on on the rollers and finished with the main body of C which made me happy. Went home and entered the wine lands cycle race. I know I'll probably watch them disappear up bothmas but hey ho.... A mamil can dream

On Sunday I was dead sure we are doing a variation of the usual Hermon & Bothmaskloof loop (also thought the venue would be Windmeul - zero marks for paying attention to PPA emails 🙈 ). Was mentally planning my solo post Bothmas ride when the group unexpectedly turned left towards Paardeberg jail. Imagine my joy when I realised no Bothmaskloof for this race today! 🍾
