Ricco, Sanches, et al. Its an exceptional deterrent, unfortunitly there are those who believe it wont happen to them.........Wake up and smell those beans roasting....

ASTANA Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Drugs is overrated - tired of everyone connecting great riders with drugs - yes some of them do use drugs and do stupid sh*t to get busted. We should enjoy the RACE and let the organisers keep on doing what they are doing to stop the cheating!! Other sports should start and test their players like Rugby - its amazing how big these guys get in a small amount of time!!

The loss of earnings for all, and the disgrace they face. They so believe their own cr#p that they will then spend untold $$$$'s to prove their "innocence", just to be pasted by lawyers and doctors. They just don't get it It won't change in a hurry though. It seems to be a game of playing against the odds of being tested. I do believe that not all riders cheat, but then I also believe that not all passengers that get off a flight from Brazil are drug mules. Some do, some don't. It's impractical and expensive to test everyone, everyday of a stage race.
