Anyone know where I can find the whole clutch assembly with the shaft that the clutch slides onto(P Axle) for an 11speed m9000 xtr derailleur.

Whats wrong with yours?  Wont a proper clean & grease do the trick?

I did try but for some reason the P axle(the axle the clutch slides onto is completely rusted and almost seized the whole system. So I thought safest option is to replace all

Just replace the clutch mechanism. Easy enough and cheap to do. Had a similar problem with mine due to water ingress and corrosion. Tried to clean and lube but was still not functioning correctly. After installing new clutch everything was back to normal.

Your local bike store should be able to order it from the suppliers .... depending on stock availability.

My LBS have been getting more Shimano stock the last few weeks.  Stil some items with low stock levels though.

This is how the P axle looks after I managed to pull the clutch off. You guys reckon a new clutch kit will do the trick or not?

Honestly if it's only surface rust, then maybe you could use rust remover and see if that does the trick. It will be cheaper than buying a new clutch assembly and it's pretty easy. Honestly no idea if this would work but it is super easy to do.

Even if you installed a new clutch assembly, I would recommend cleaning the whole derailleur and give it a thorough checkover. If it has rusted like that, the derailleur itself may be pretty old and worn.

I'm willing to bet that derailleur isn't that old as this is a common issue with Shimano rear derailleurs.

replacement of the entire clutch mechanism is best.

That part is the only rust on the derailleur. The cover for adjusting the clutch tension is missing so I assume that is how water got in

Nope, water gets in via the poor seal. Cover, no cover, makes no difference. It rusts

So far mine is 100%, no water ingress and no rust.  Running on 2 bikes (XTR & XT) for about a year now .... :)

Remove that cage and give the coil spring on the other side a good once over with cleaning material. I'll be at my LBS tomorrow and check if they have a new clutch kit for the XT - I'm sure they do. Will let you know

Doddy does a good tutorial on how to do it all yourself:
