The Maitlands Climb is the one that kills me usually.
I think there are a few before that that are more steep, but a lot shorter.

Well done @Sid the Sloth on taking the KOM, Well done @bleedToWin on your Podium and also to Theuns on the overall race win and the other Cape boys on the podiums.

And then ofcourse to Hayley Preen for taking the win and Maroesjka getting 2nd.

Peeps from the Cape went to PE and did the business.

Probably my favourite event (though I don't do many).
I didn't see or hear a single fall this year, which was really nice!
Unfortunately I again couldn't make it over Maitlands with the front of AL, so from there it was two to three (successfully) trying to stay away from the rest of the group.

They could be slightly more strict with who starts in which group - we caught a CL, that must have started a few groups before AL. Made no difference for this person, at the rate we passed them, they won nothing by starting early.

I don't THINK so, didn't look like an elite at the time... but considering my HR for the last 1.5 hours of the race, anything is possible
