i have been using the Linebreak comp garments for about 9 months now they seem to help with muscle fatigue after a training session or race but for actual muscle releif you will need to go for a proper massage

and if you look back in the classifieds one of our hubbers is the distributor of the rockets compression stuff

I use Rockets and they work for me, helps alot with recovery.

Only thing I find is that my legs feel a bit sluggish at first the next day so you need to warm up properly if racing.

Yes sir!  Thumbs%20Up

I phoned them the afternoon at 2 and got my pair the next morning at 9 in Pretoria.  Clap

I received a shirt from them as well.  Now THAT is one of the best things I got EVER!

I helps keeping the wind out in the winter months.  It helps with recovery and controls temperature.

I use iceman for recovery, R40 per pot, works like a charm. After a ride, lie in a bath for a good 20 minutes, then dry and apply. Cools down your legs, feels actualy like they are on fire

O ja, do wear shorts when you massage this into your quads, you realy do not want this stuff anywhere near your b**ls. Use it, dont use it...
