OP, just incase - i’m sorry but this can be described as bad advice, as neither of these will work in a 26.4 frame. contact Nils at Woodstock Cycle works in Cape Town. They had a 27mm one and a few other options back when i was looking, and for reference, a 27.2 didn't even fit in a 27mm frame. Close enough does not = fine….an unfortunate reality of older frames. I did not give any advice. I just stated what I have for sale. A 25.2mm will work perfectly if he can find a shim to upsize it to 26.4mm. I do have shims, just not the specific size.
