Yes but not for long, did a 3h30 ride this morning and water was still nice and chilled at the end

I went for a ride in 6 degree weather today with my freebie plastic bottle filled with tap water in the house. Got severe brain freeze when I took some big swigs at the end of my ride! Might be a pro for insulation after all.

Never thought about insulated bottles for the OTHER benefit; preventing water or drink being TOO CLOD!

bought them when I lived in Italy but I see they are available in many local shops
