This COULD mean that there is no hole in the steerer on the pro one to feed the cable into inside the headset if it is this style of routing:

This can be overcome with a top fed system though.

coming from a bike mechanics perspective. you can actually easily use standard bar and stem with internal cable routing. what i've done for a few clients is I've drilled a hole or make a groove through one of the spacers or headset top cap depending on which will be structurally the strongest part. neatly run the cable under the stem and you're good to go.
