on the bike it has to be something fast, rocking...it has to kick me headbanging up that hill and make me arrive breathless at the top cause i went to fast. agh, it makes you forget how much you suffer. i like that! you?

 

a friend of mine was in a bike race once, going uphill, everybody suffering when the cell of a guy in the bunch started ringing. the rington was "highway to hell"!

when doing a long ride alone or when using th erollers i often listen to an audiobook. excellent thing cause it keeps you entertained, u forget about the time and you do something else senseful while pedaling. only it sometimes makes me slower cause i kind of forget to pedal when it's interesting.

DMB rule! They are probably the most technically correct band. Dave is a freak when it comes to guitar playing. And they've got the best drummer in the world. Sattelite is one of my all time favourite songs.
