Oval Chainrings (Q / Rotorings)

I use them on the road an absolutely believe in them. I am also more of a diesel when it comes to uphills and dont spin up the hills.

 

I will put them on my mtb as well.

 

IvanB do you have stock of the mtb rings?

The oval chainring makes sense for me when you power. The only thing I want to know is how does the oval shape affect the shifting and setup with your front derailluer?

How is this for a thought oval chainrings with powercranks(not SRM).

If you ride with the cranks do you find there is a more constant power? like when you ride on rollers, is there that deifing sound making it audibly known that one is not pedaling "effeciantly"
