I'm working in front a lot more nowadays...so guess who's first in line for a lovely "miggie" breakfast??? Mmmm...lucky me - figure somebody decided i didn't get enough protein into my system being on a veggie diet and all. Yuck!

Still completed the ride.......... 3 of his buddies hit me a week later. One inside my top (shoulder), the other two tried for my quads - I got them first! Last week a bee tried the helmet trick again! Helmet was of in 0,00025 sec and I was brushing my head with my fingers like I was looking for fleas! When I spot ANY bug the first thing I do is close my mouth. If a bee gets you in the windpipe you're dead!

Depending on where you ride (town or country) you can really swallow a lot of bugs especialy if you are breathing hard, never mind the ones that get into your hair (hairy legs, arms a good trap for them). German speakers have a "interesting" name for miggies - probably get banned if I bring it up again so ... you'l have to guess...
