Long days, no beanies, no ice and Contador is flying with short sleeves!!! Flowers are pretty too! (It's the wife's birthday - took some pics for mother-in-law back home)

Well I'm to scared to ask them if they can hear it... BUT everytime i see them they always smile and Gruezi back so... I guess that means I'm not cycling fast enough... YET.

I always go down into the muffi dark basement and the witch from the third floor always comes down to complain about the noise. Annoying narrowminded person that she is. The swiss just always seem to be neutral..which is cool if you live there.

ASTANA Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Take to the mountains in winter time. Get the lights out and head out after work. Ride well into the night. If the weather does not play along - rain - take the road bike on the rollers and IDT. Warm up on the roller for 20min - do IDT intervals for 20min and then do high cadance intervals and cooldown on the roller. 1min flat out and chill for 1 min staying on. works wonders. Built leg speed and fitness with mountain biking. Keep road strenth on IDT and speed drills and balance and pedalstroke on roller

I would give just about anything to ride all year but winters I'm normally stuffed for medical reasons. Get on your bike, say thank you I can ride all year long and forget about the cold. Count your blessings.
