I hope you did not get this from a dietician cause then she/he needs to be fired.  This is a very bad diet for you if you are doing lots of exercise.  You need your meat and you need your starch.  If you take away your meat then your body is going to start eating away your muscles.  This is not what you want.   This is just bad bad bad!!!

Went to a dietician about 7 months ago and lost 12 kg and over 40cm and still going good. She told me if i feel weak on a bike, then i must increase my meat intake. And it does work!

Have lost 14 kg in the last 5 weeks meaning that I may actually be able to improve on the disaster that is my current seeding index

I couldn?t agree more that this eating plan is not correct, I started it just to lose weight quickly. One week only, then back to smaller, healthier portions..

Simple

Cut starch almost entirely from my diet

Eat All Bran/ Wheatbix in the morning

Snack on fruit during the day

Eat chicken/tuna with salad and/ or veg for dinner

Have a 'cheat' on weekends : braai, pizza etc

Lots of water

Switched coffee for rooibos tea
