Meneer Posted August 4, 2014 Share Hi people I'm 40, fat and unfit. I've done only one Argus and one full 99er and want to start training again after the winter. I'm quite slow, however - I usually average only 20 km/h and try to do between 60 and 75km on a Saturday. Any other slow/unfit riders that want to join me for safety in numbers?
