(some people might have had a late dinner the previous eve)Pace not too hectic, 25km/h avg will be pushing it. Look at doing the course in about 4hrs. Coffee / brekkie can be enjoyed at M&B afterwards. I plan to roll with for most of the course. (Recce'd the route a few weeks ago - lost a few fillings on the gravel segment)

I did the Malans gravel section last week on my road bike - looks like it's been scraped, which is nice.
