Yes, no problem. I have run them on Wolber GTA Gentleman hoops as in the pics and also on some Mavic open pros. Check your tyre clearance on the frame.

For the connoisseurs of interesting old vintage bicycle parts, this Ambrosio stem is a flea market find and according to Velobase probably a first generation stem based on the fact that a word on the stem's right side has a spelling error ('Jtaly' instead of 'Italy') which might indicate that this was Ambrosio's first, rushed attempt at the model.20171211_112700.jpg20171211_112706.jpg20171211_112715.jpg

While rolling with Battaglin, this is a 1987 Stephen Roche triple crown commerative bike with period Suntour Superb Pro. I see Battaglin have resurrected this with a 30th anniversary edition (only 30 pieces made I hear)
