Wyatt Earp Posted November 16, 2009 Share @ Pappa Bear, the stem cap is interchangeable, here is a link as to how it works http://www.ninerbikes.com/fly.aspx?layout=bikes&taxid=123&parts=true @ Steve, I got the wheels from Cape Cycles Systems and I agree they do look better (of course I agree ) @ Tech Guy, thanks @Eiger, I have ridden her twice now and the steel frame is a huge amount smoother than my alloy frame EMD. I have not seen or ridden the carbon Niner yet. @Eldron I will ride these wheels tomorrow, on the scale the weight was 1.6 kg's, the bearings are bigger than the standard AC bearings and the rim profile is 26 mm. wide and 22 mm. deep. Just riding here in the parking lot and over the grass bumps, they do feel stiffer than the Bontrager's I had on before, I will let you know after a few rides.
