After the Monster you might want to join a newbie ride, seems like your bike handling skills aren't all there!!!

Hi BG - did you get your coughing thing sorted?

I thought of you after the Bela Bela on Saturday as I was coughing (trying to get my navel out through my mouth) for a couple of hours after the finish.

Too much info., I know but prolly was leftover of a cold 3 weeks back.
