Olympic's were my first shoes back in '06, went throught 2 pairs till they were dirty, ripped, smelly and the stitching came undone. Good value.

Like my Spez's now, but hell they are expensive !

I would say stay away from Mr Price cycling sjoes a local guy here in bloem woke up in hospital after the sole and the shoe seperated, the sole was still attatched to his bike when it came into the shop the other half was on his foot in the ambulance on the way to hospital, happarently last thing he remembered was getting out of the saddle and sprinting a bit. well didin't end well.

The Olympics are great shoes buy with peace of mind.

Shot. Just wondered, cause I have been using the MrP mtb shoes for two years now and they seem fine to me. My old man has been using his for the same length with no problems.

I eventually ended up buying the Mr P MTB shoes...when putting on the cleats at home, the plate with the holes simply split while I was fastening the allen bolt. Didnt even put pressure on. So went back the next day to return. Then went past Sportsmans Warehouse...bought Olympic Hurricane III shoes for R499-00 (yellow ticket sale)

Best thing that could ever have happened to me. The Mr P ones had no ventilation and sheez my Olympics are super comfy. Just took a bit of a hammering in my last race an doesnt look brand new anymore, but what the.... :D

I did forget to add was a set of Road shoes, but still could have been a maufacturing fault but thats not a fault you want to have happen to you.

In my time at the bike shops Olympics were the top selling shoes and we never had any issues.

Just my 2cents.
