I should have had a Wink at the end

However i dont condone this kind of thing, working in the clearing industry i have seen people get nailed for the smallest things and incurring huge exspenses because of it. Im the first one to try help you guys out with your CRC stopped orders and save you some pennies if i can.

You guys need to be aware though that customs will call for proof of payments if they get a sniff in the nose and a R5000 penalty and forfeiture are not uncommon

More concerning is the amount of aggression.

Slow down' date=' remember the minute you log onto the Hub it's supposed to be to catch up with some "friends" and read some posts about the sport you love, not attack one another.

Hahahahaha

If you think this is a high level of aggression, you have been living a very sheltered life.

get shafted with high markups

And it's the stupid comments such as these that makes me detest you even more ' date=' then there is the fact that you have the goods and no results and also the fact that one day you will find out that weight weenies are posers and that real cyclist will ride any bike hard.

FWIW-It was your comment as quoted here that caused me to have this very violent and bone shaking outburst.

Mackie, I agree with you on this thread and let those who want to hand out the whip have their fun, one less criminal activity a day will go a long way in improving life as we know it.

Re: WW, get yourself some bearings, quickly if you intend on riding those wheels as "hard" as you suggest.

Who and what is a real cyclist? To me anyone that rides their bike and enjoy it is a cyclist doesnt matter if you ride 20km or 150km or what bike you ride.Shocked

Mampara: Parcels coming through customs, with the correct documentation then it's up to them to claim their dues, But purposely bucking the system is what I have an issue with, so I take exception to your post, read the post's again and think it through.

Big H: Your rants and raves lost their credibility long ago, so thank you, enjoy your day, bitter old man.

WW: Enjoy your wheels, they are awesome wheels anyhow, it's how you got them, not that fact that you got them.

That's it from me on the topic, I am off to ride my bike and find that sense of humour. if you feel the need to pick the scab, please PM me.

Mackie, I see where you comming from but everybody want to save somewhere. Do you think the guy that goes to all the trouble to have stuff delivered to his grandma's house in the UK and have her bring it over in her hand luggage is gonna have her declare it? If someone offers me a way to save a few quid, I will take it. Who am I gonna support, me or the corrupt government?

So yesterday I drove to Rustenburg. On the way back I exceded the speed limit by about 30km/h in a 80km/h section - I was doing 110km/h.

The thing is I knew I was speeding. We all have at some point exceeded the speed limit - even Mackie.

So here are 2 sayings that are relevant for this topic:

1. People that live in glass houses...

2. The wheel will turn/Boontjie kry sy loontjie...

Mackie before you go for your ride pop down to your LBS and get them to check your set up.  I think you seat position might be wrong.  Maybe thats why you're so uptight.

Nice wheels. However, I still dont get why you would want to buy a rim strip conversion to ride on a tubeless setup. Why not get a tubeless specific rim? You can run it without sealant to save weight if thats what you're after and want it specifically for racing.

As for breaking the law.........its one thing doing it and another bragging you've done it. I mean, just the other day I ................................
