We can change the routes, speeds etc. but must be aware that "TOO FAST" will chase away some. And we must cater for girls as well. I don't wanne sit and talk to Maruis for 6 hours. I did nothing wrong to deserve that punishment :-) So, first agree on the 3 day traing camp, than work on the detail.
