I've also tried it' date=' but after day one I decided it was not for me, like WonderWomans says, it makes my HR to fast, but I guess that's how it works, the body is doing the same stuff but at higher HR thus burning more kilojoules. Hey guys

You looking for a boot camp.  I am doing this 12 week program at Dynamics in Cape Town.  Three days a week of intense cardio burning and muscle building with dieting.  In the last 4 weeks Ive dropped in average 1.5kg a week....its good stuff....really gets your heart rate going.
