Gedink ek gaan begin huil of net dood van my fiets af val.

ConfusedAngry

Wink

Is Vissershok regtig so erg of moet ek maar net 'n mtb cluster opsit?

The gravel section was fun. Should have more of them to shed the wheelsuckers! It's one thing sitting wheel in the wind - it's another trying to do it at 30kph on gravel Approve

In Fanie's defense he wasn't feeling well. I know that because his gloves were covered in snot by the end of the race. smiley36.gif

I thought that the gravel was OK but the downhill section on the gravel was not enjoyable.

Vissershok after 85km is a real &(@*&%@$@*^%#_!!!

AV HR 153, was harder than Tour De Vino, SV's bunch was small and the most of the top guys are riding Elites, made it easier to stick it out with them. Well done to Velouria with his 7th place in SV's.

There was a break away, strange I missed it since I tried to be close to the front most of the time, but at the speed we were going and still not catching them I don't think it could have been fun in that small break away of 4??

Velouria attacked on the gravel section, made up a nice little gap with I think Shotlegs and Stringbean, I was in hot persuit but not close enough to stay with them. Cought up with them mid way Malanshoogte after bridging the gap on my own to them.

As we started Vissers I could feel the cramps coming on, so I told Velouria after he said "lets go man", I'm having cramps, this was just what he wanted to hear and sprinted away from me..PANSIE!!! hahaha

I took it up really slow, did not want to cramp so that I could not move, down the other side one other SV made it over with me a long with Donkey and a VERY IMPRESSIVE "A" rider that bridge the Gap from A bunch on his own to the SV bunch.

Lucky we stayed away till the finish line, cramped completly after I crossed the line and Donkey had to push me to the finish one leg clipped outLOL

My Avg HR was 81% of max... Marius - those 4 SV's that broke away were MOVING. They caught up to us and pulled us back to the 3rd bunch of elites about 20km before the gravel section. Then they dropped us as well Confused
