I found your tube this afternoon on a beach in Brasil.

 

After commenting you are looking for it and would like it to go back he said to f..k off, he has been tired hanging under your ass now for awhile and has found a new job as a boob tube. He also says not to call him, he´ll call you.

Did not have time to check-out the beaches, spent all my energy negotiating with the tube and then rush back to sent Stewie911 the news.

 

Btw - the tube has bad breath - anything to do with his previous place of stay?

How did you take a pic of your tube when you already lost it?

No, but I think that may be a photo of a similar tube and not the actual tube. To us non-tubes all tubes look the same but I am sure there are some differences. If that photo is not of the actual missing tube then the wrong tube may be identified in a line up and then detained

 

BTW, I watch quite a bit of Ci channel on DSTV

I took the pic when the tube was born. SOmething every proud father does. THis is not of another tube, but seeing that the tube was found in Brazil and does not want to return because of bad breath, I guess the search is over

No, it's never over until the fat tube sings - I think the Brazilian is an imposter because I found your tube in Tokai last night. It had put on a lot of weight (now resembles a MTB tube) and was ashamed to return home. I mailed it in a baboon proof bin, so it should be home soon.

Even in a country in which there are so many abandoned tubes, the loss of every tube remains a tragedy. The loss of a treasured, loved tube is doubly traumatic.

 

However, the wanton way in which you strapped this tube behind you, without any consideration for its safety is just so irresponsible.

 

I am tempted report you to the SPCT, but would rather give you a second chance.

 

I am trying to place an orphaned tube with a good family - initially in a foster relationship, but with the intention to have the poor rubber adopted.

 

I cannot speak for the pedigree, but understand both parents to have been Continental, albeit from German origin. The tube has a 42mm “valve” so is clearly a boy.

 

If you would be prepared to take on the responsibility, please PM me and we can arrange for the handover of the little tyke. No money need change hands, but I would require regular updates on how he gets on in life.

I saw a guy at groenies today with a tube that looked very out of place, he was dressed in overalls and was riding a s-works, he had the tube in his pocket but I saw it when he took out a hit of snuff, ill go back and see if he is still their

I saw this 27" x 1 1/4" tube here in Lagos..... could be the lost tube's grandfather. look at the odd valve assembly. cost only R15-00 and looks like good quality as well...... see how the okes in the bike shops cheat us. MTB 26x1,95 costs the same.
