I can see some of you guys need help

 

My breakfast

 

100g Jungle Crunch - 387 kCal

200g fat free yoghurt - 86 kCal

2x small capuccino made with fat free milk - 35 kCal

Cut out all alcohol, sugar, gluten and dairy

keep up the cardio

 

Lost 5kg's in 3 weeks, sense of smell returned, nasal polyps gone, liver on the mend

I need to loose about 8-10kg. Can I still join in, need some motivation to keep me away from the toast and p-butter.

Getting married this year, have to look good next to the WIFE :)

 

Here is a tip

 

Accurately record the Calories you put in and the Calories you use daily plus exercise.

Eat 500 Calories a day less than you use and you will lose 0.5kg per week

Eat 1000 Calories per day less than you use and you will lose 1kg per week

 

I don't think it matters much if you eat fat or gluten or dairy or whatever, just the amount of Calories it contains. Obviously something with high fat will have high Calories so you would have to eat less of it
