Eat salad like I did.

 

I am, lol! Problem is, it goes sooo well with a nice crisp chardonnay.

 

And THAT goes down singing hymns with another little crisp chardonnay...! rolleyes.gif

I had to give up drinking. I was drinking about 2 cases a week.

I'm going to have to aim at a little lower and slower than your damn fine achievement here but getting by without a glass or two is going to be very difficult!!! biggrin.gif

Dinner

 

340g avo (260 without pip) - 404 kCal

130g smoked chicken - 244 kCal

200g mixed veg - 94 kCal

50g beetroot - 22 kCal

1 pickled dill cucumber - 10 kCal

1 pickled onion - 20 kCal

 

I suggest eating much smaller avos, this one was just a monster. They are very high in Calories. To lose 0.5kg/week you want to be on 2000 kCal a day so a 400 kCal avo is crazy. Even worse if you want to lose 1kg/week, then you need to be on 1500 kCal a day

Unfortunately alcohol is high in Calories, you need to record everything you eat/drink and then probably give up eating :lol:

finally progress again - 97kg this morning. Maybe I should ride a MTB race every sunday.....

Not sure about my current wheight but after 2 months of training my boepie is definitly dissapearing :D, and im still drinking like a fish.

Forgot to weigh, feels like Sunday today

 

My goal keeps moving, 75 - 73 - 70 - 69 - 68 - and now aiming for 66, that will make it a round 30kg :clap: :clap:

AT LAST 95kg's !!

 

5 more to go over the next 2 months or so.

 

its those blinken toasted cheese samies I tell you ... they are just to yummy to give up.
