Guys, I am out of this challenge, my plan was to get down, I did, but alas it has not been good for me, muscle density has increased and I have pushed the limits.

I was very ill yesterday and after pigging out on milkshakes and burgers late arvie, I felt better.

I need to go up now, so good luck to y'all.

There is a limit :(

No not there.

The problem is that the weight was coming down quite quick, but I didn't notice this as the muscles added a fraction each time, so the body fat too low for endurance stuff and yesterday was a proper training session, enough to show me the errors of my ways :blush:

102.9 - that's 3.5 for the week!! :o Too much too quick. Probably mostly hydration-related after 24 hours at Oak Valley (35 degrees + Sat PM). Next Monday will be a better indication.

Am 93.0 this morning. Slightly up (+0.6) but not concerned. Took on lots of water yesterday after the MTN Barberton weekend racing. Should be back down next week
