Went yesterday to buy carbon rim cement from cwcycles. They charged me R120 for a 25g tube. At the time it seemed a bit steap but needing it I bought it. Today while it revolution cycles i asked if the pricing was in order. The answer: they charged mo more than double of wat rev. Cycles charge(R55). Not sure wat to make of it. Was is a fault on there side(wich they deny)? Or is rev. Cycles just cheap

I'm sure if you phone them up and ask them to look into it they could help you out, instead of posting a nasty like this on the hub.....

Dont hide behind your keyboard rather pick-up the phone.

I've always had great service from them and will always support them.

No need to be defensive. There is nothing wrong with the original posters comments.

Christoff from CWC has consistently given me better service than ANYONE else in any of my local bike stores and that's a fact. Call him.

thats a mampara question....one is online and one is selling to the public. Technically you not even suppose to be able to go into a online shop but so far we can collect direct which is another plus....

Like Chris jnr told me, the online shop is seperate of the normal one meaning each have their own stock...

It does bug me a bit though. I wanted bike hooks over the holidays and went into the store (I'm old-fashioned, I like browsing; I like seeing and feeling what I'm buying) only to be told "That's on-line stock and we can't get in there now" so I ended up buying from Olympic (which incidentally, was about half the price of Sportsman's Warehouse in Tygervalley). Otherwise CWC = kiff okes.

i just placed an order for components with the cwc online store their prices where as good as CRC. On an order total of R3000 they where R200 more expensive BUT cwc price included VAT which makes them cheaper then CRC :D

CWC is the best bike shop you'll find. If they are more expensive on one item theres no need to crusify them. Look at the bigger picture...

Agree with a lot of the comments above. CWC is sometimes a bit "steeper" in pricing (if you go into the shop itself), but do yourself a favour, get the know the guys, go in more than once every 6 months and I can guarantee you, they will bend over backwards to help you out. BRILLIANT shop, BRILLIANT service, BRILLIANT staff

I was recently on holiday in CPT - and decided to go check out Revolution Cycles and CWC.

I was able to buy directly from CWC online store - without having to order online - which was fantastic...

Awesome service from CWC...

Revolution Cycles - is an awesome store too! If I lived in CPT, they would be the store for all my maintenance work - no doubt!
