Aaaah, the penny has dropped ;)

Biggest mistake people make is that they don't recover, they don't take recover drinks and they neglect to rest.

Also do some research on L-Glutamin

I actually used L-Glutamin, or actually used untill end December, was training quite hard and people told me I am getting leaner but did not loose any weight.

I enetered the weight loss challenge going on the hub and did nothing different except stopped the L-Glutamine, and has lostaround 4 kg in January.

I used the USN VO2 Max, exeactly as prescribed. It was a waste of money in my opinion. No effect, not even as a placebo. Rather buy a KFC family feast for that money.

Try whey protein. L-glutimine.Lots of water. And Chia seeds.

Work out your daily kilojoule requirements and cut out unhealthy foods and drinks.

Train hard, Rest hard.

Train more on water. Use energy drinks for racing. But do experiment before race day.

Remember that 99% of all riders at any given race are losers - but they are the fittest bunch of "Losers' this side of a fan packed pub on a Saturday afternoon.

Hills hurt. Couches kill.

used USN VO2max and pedra cut for some time but frankly the incremental benefit you get, if any, is not worth the cost or even the effort of going to the shop to buy. rather spend the money on bum cream and train harder :D

There is No magic little blue pill that is going to expand your lung capacity full stop.

There is a magic little blue pill that will expand something else though.

I find the loading doses help me, with blocking cramps and endurance. I'm not really a USN fan and I don't use any of their other products.

Verdict on the KFC family feast on the other hand = pure vomit material. I'd sooner feed the family botulism.

Howzit. I use the Vo2 Max and Reckon it does make a difference. I run a lot of long distance and find there is a difference. I dont use it for training just racing and I find that you can get your heart rate up there for a longer period of time.

My mates though think that it's my Ventolin ashma pump thats giving me the extra gear :whistling:.

Not sure about the side effects though like the runs etc. never experienced it but everyone reacts differently.

Cheese maybe you need to do a test for us and give us the verdict
