gtr1 Posted February 6, 2011 Share I wasn't racing, but there was a bunch of guys and ladies who had dropped off the 2nd bunch of the day. I was bewhind them. When they came to the robot at Carnival on the way out, there were cars stopped at the lights. Marshalls didn't show the cars through, and most of the bunch went straight. The marshals were a bit confused as they were standing on the right rather than more left to show that the bunch must turn. Li Mu Bai Posted February 6, 2011 Share marshals were great, hardly even noticed them.Returning through the 50km riders was dificult at times. my Garmin showed 103, Racetec should adjust their distance to get it correct.i also got the crappy kzn medal, and then to make matters worse, left my Oakleys on my car roof as I drove off hurridly to fetch my son from soccer training. this is a real long shot, but you never know, if anyone picked up a set of oakley sunglasses in the parking outside the hotel (starts with an 'm' cant remember the name) please let me know, i can describe model/colour etc, Pm or 0828858416thanks guys.
