Kinghound, without any offence, you only have one post on the hub, and every one on here is extremely cautious of scams. And without any contact details I am very sceptical.
I cycle to work almost every day. To work in the mornings 12km, back 30km (do a detour) I use my road bike and find that it works better in the traffic, especially in the afternoons (traffic stand still)

Have tried all Canaris mentioned, but they are not nearly as good, reliable and great as what Cycle Fix (Silver Lakes) offers. Only 2 in Pretoria that give unequaled customer satisfaction - Hot Spot and Cycle Fix.
You got all your money back when returned, and they had people collecting at finish as soon as you stop. Was very nice, you stop they take the chip and hand you your R 50.00 straight away.
how much did it cost to rent the chip? Nothing! You payed R50.00 and on return received your R 50.00 back. Do not understand what the ranting is all about.
Depend on the distance. Over 60km I use 1 half way and another 3/4 of the way. Same for 100km races.
Under 60km, only use one 1/2 way with a energy bar 3/4 way.

This year will be my first Argus and really looking forward to it. You winning the Tandem class, I think is a far reach, getting a very good time I think is possible with your attitude. This could also be a very good play to secure a tandem for the Argus, if so I congratulate you on your tactics. What ever happens I wish you at least enjoy the Argus!
My left cleat keep slipping backwards, it is the one that I use most times (especially during stops) I have tried to tighten them as hard as possible, bat keep slipping especially on inside. Is there any way of preventing this I don't know about? Getting tired of readjusting it after each ride.
I placed an order for wristbands on the Livestrong online store about 3 months ago. They replied that I need to be patient as all orders will take between 4-8 working days <?: prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /> After another 4 weeks I send another e-mail requesting feedback, they then replied the order came back to them and they will send it of again. Another 4 weeks, another request. Now they want to confirm my credit card details This is the worst service I ever received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just cancelled the order, they can keep my money if they need it that bad!!!
