  1. used to use exodus, now using something else that I cant recall the name of, will give Diggz a shot
  2. none of the rest of my family are active, so I think it will just be me,
  3. I'm not that anal about water bottles, I've used every single one that I've gotten over the years. As long as they work properly they will continue to be used.
  4. Actually I use kodi daily, have been using it for many years. But perhaps its not setup optimally. Some unpopular shows (I'm talking more TV Series than movies) wont have any RD streams and the streams that are available are not great quality. I was unable to watch Lost via Kodi as it simply would not scrape the correct show, had to use BEETV. Not looking for 4k quality, for most of my viewing even 720p is sufficient. Currently using Kodi on Android TV, but before that I was using it on a MacBook Pro plugged into the TV. But like I said, maybe its not setup optimally, but I dont spend enough time infront of the TV to sit and fiddle with it. I will however try Diggz
  5. next year will be my 21st CTCT, so want to try and plan it and take the kids out of school, even just for a long weekend. Kids started a new school this year, much more relaxed with their rules, so it might be easier next year.
  6. for the most part, you sometimes still get CAM content (mostly on very new only just released or yet to be released stuff though). And then on not very popular or some older stuff when there are very few providers, the quality is not that great.
  7. we used to, not so easy now with kids. maybe next year.
  8. me too. I want to be 90+ years old still riding this race.
  9. Warning, dont go into the app and look at the upgrade options but then opt not to take them, someone from multiply will phone you very soon after and try and sell you into upgrading.
  10. accommodation is booked
  11. I've been entering this event for the last 25 years, I can tell you that not once did I make the assumption that my entry is paying for the goodie bag, it has always been outdated magazines, samples of hygiene or medical product, a snack/chocolate from one of the smaller sponsors and some expired dry food. About the only thing that would have a cost is the branded water bottle. If any part of the entry goes towards the goodie bag then its a very very small %
  12. the confusion is not limited to this medical aid and its rewards, try finding info around the other big player in this game and its almost impossible to get any information until you actually join them. I'm on Momentum M/A via work, am wondering if its worth the R195 per month for Multiply (the free version does not seem worth the admin)
  13. on my PC it wont zoom in enough for me to read anything on it, so i cant comment on anything
  14. Its a great app that you can get a little silly with. I'm even tracking my bartape usage with it.
  15. Lovely cars, if you find a clean one the owner wont sell. Problem is they are rather old now, so clean ones are hard to come by.
  16. So I watched this last night (well 70% of it, got lazy to continue reading subtitles). dude looks good for his age, long may he continue to ride. I hope i'm still riding at that age
  17. That is friggen awesome. Well done to your dad.
  18. doesnt it bother you having a half naked coffee maker hanging around your kitchen ?
  19. I need to find new routes. One of my regular medium length rides to is to ride out to Olifantsfontein Rd, stop at the intersection, have an energy bar and ride back. Normally there is one of those Taxi Patrol cars parked there. Yesterday the taxi patrol car pulled off the island, stopped next to me and the guy tells me its not safe here, you should not stop here, before he proceeded on his way. When you get warned by a taxi guy that its not safe then you need to heed that warning. Although, late in the day I saw a Tweet that a major bust was made in the Pretoria East area where they nabbed 2 guys associated with bicycle jackings and muggings.
  20. Only bike I've every recorded since (practically new) is the current Giant. 23 500km
  21. lets be really honest here, if you want your bike mechanic to be well trained and knowledgeable, you'll be paying R600 - R1000 an hour for labour alone. I dont see many people accepting that kind of charges for work on their bike.
  22. how long ago was this ?
  23. I entered so long ago, the interest earned on my entry fee could probably pay for another entry
  24. I've literarily just linked the api into excel, my day will be spent geeking at numbers and graphs
  25. I think David Tinker does not get enough credit for the brilliant product that he has created in intervals.icu . And the fact that none of it is behind a paywall (yet) is amazing.
