  1. you got your wheel on backwards
  2. for the future when your quicklink pliers are where they belong but you dont see them. I've been using a piece of weedeater line to release the quicklink on my previous chains. Thread it through the to closest links to the quicklink, pull the links together which forces the quicklink to disengage.
  3. The Ouzo consultancy services Pty LTD can do all of that. And since I identify as a disabled black female I also have full BBBEEE status.
  4. you see a problem, I see a tender opportunity.
  5. Ouch. Hope the little guy recovers fully. Little fingers are easily harmed rather seriously
  6. But to answer the question, yes I do. I'm fast approaching 50 and I'm in the best shape of my life, I've worked hard for this fitness and I'm proud of it. So when asked, I most definitely boast about it. I guess I'm right wing then.
  7. I guess I'm just used to seeing wear from around 3000km. I dont want to have the chain wear prematurely wear the cassette. Replacing chains is cheaper than replacing cassettes.
  8. I'm running a KMC X11 chain on the road bike. When I put this chain on I put on a new cassette. I also switched to using Squirt lube at the same time. I've been pretty consistent with wiping the chain down and lubing every 200km (give or take). But now I'm sitting on 5000km with this chain and my Ice Tool Chain wear checker is still telling me there is no wear on the chain. I used to run SRAM PC1110 chains, by 5000km they needed replacing.
  9. As far as the garmin recorded. seems the ailing battery does not like the cold. Yesterdays 1 hour and then this just under an hour today.
  10. Not as cold as people think. Tomorrow will be a few deg colder though.
  11. good luck with the recovery. This little gogga does not want to go away
  12. I swear by this. Always have a bottle of the mix in the bathroom. The slightest feeling of nasal drip or throat irritation and I use it. I used to get a throat infection from nasal drip 3-4 times a year. Doc would try all sorts of meds on me and nothing really worked. Then one day my brother in law suggested a home made saline solution into the nose using a syringe. That worked, then discovered Salex rinse and just for pure convenience over the home made solution its what I now use.
  13. mine hasnt saved that setting since the update. I either just leave an active topic tab open in my browser or if I happen to close it I go and change that setting out of habbit.
  14. friggen pride month, even affecting your hallucinations now. edit to add some context. I'm constant browsing job listings and have noticed that so many companies have changed their logos this month to include pride colours.
  15. lets just hope, for those that want to use these, that the stock supply is better than it currently is on the Velo Tubeless version of this. I'm struggling to find 28mm, google says locally only cyclelab has stock.
  16. honestly, yesterday I really wanted to get out there, just for the challenge. Weather app said real feel would be -2, but a rough night saw me sleeping through the alarm. Which is strange because I normally wake up before my alarm.
  17. Even when I dont ride I still check in on this thread as inspiration to get out there and ride. I just could not bring myself to brave the cold again this morning, even though I know after about 5 minutes I'll be warm.
  18. hahaha 20 years later, my drive way is still the same crappy uneven paving that i vowed to change when we moved in. There is always something more important that needs the money.
  19. I saw Fubar on the list and based on it being Arnie and the pic, it looked like it could be along the same lines as Tulsa King, since i was not in the mood I left it. Will give it a go sometime though. Tulsa king was entertaining, we'll leave it at that.
  20. wife and I woke up to it. probably missed the worst part, but the tail end went on for some length of time. Fell asleep right after it. reports of where the epicentre was are all over the show though.
  21. Mid morning therapy session
  22. Look to be honest since using ass magic chamois cream I don’t get any skin issues, so it will be a while before I need to try the skin repair cream.
  23. No bike is worth the money asked But I'd go for the Titan
  24. isnt the point of a TT bike to be as aero as possible ? arent disc brakes made out to be *** because they are not as aero as rim brakes ?
