Sometimes people want to help but it takes all they have just to hang on to the bunch. I hooked onto the back of a small group and would loved to be able to help but I would of been dropped in minutes if I had.
Great ride and awesome turnout. <rant on> Only sour note was some guy in the third bunch that passed us in going in the opposite direction discarding his gel packet into the bushes. PUT IT BACK IN YOUR JERSEY. It's a national reserve not your personal rubbish tip! <rant off> Looking forward to getting the opportunity to doing it again next year
Took the k-edge mount for it's first ride the other day and only positives. Positioning of the unit is better and more importantly the unit feels alot more secure than the supplied garmin mounts. No doubt in my mind this was an excellent purchase. highly recommended
I believe the race number collections is due to the reseeding. If your seeding changed and you want the new number let the PPA know they will charge you 50 ronds and have your new seeded number at the race for collection. Otherwise same old same old.
