    Just heard that Cycling SA was again able to stuff up whatever they are suppose to organize. Our Olympic cycling team only received their cycling kit today. During practice over the past few days they all had to ride in their pro team kit, some even had to borrow kit from other competitors. When the kit arrived today there was apparantly major sizing issues as well as not enough kit for our riders. When will these guys stop embarrasing our national team.

    There is so many horror stories about LBS service and attitude. Please do not use Cajees they areprobably the worst. Looking for great service and people that know what they are talking about just go to Linden Cycles

    Go on N3 to Warden. Then right to Bethlehem By far the best road without any potholes. Last time I used that thete was some roadworks between Viliers and Warden , but no real dekay

    I placed an order and paid. They were unable to deliver in the timeframe requested. Cancelled order and got full refund without any issues

    Hi Cois Only saw the last few posts today. So happy that you got the trainer. I have a wheel on Tacx that is lying in the garage. Since we moved to a smaller place I do not use it. Should you want that, maybe to train with your wife, let me know. I will arrange to get it to you and assist with setup

    Had some excellent service from Danny at The Bicycle Workshop in Fourways. Although their store is difficult to find once you got it you will receive great service and good knowledge

    Being using Stans forever. Just a question. If you change to another brand do you need to clean out all the old sealant or can you mix different brands

    Started on Thursday with a scratch in the throat.Did some indoor on Thursday afternoon. Friday morning a sore throat and burning chest. Friday evening down with pneumonia. This virus is turbo loaded. I've never become so sick so quickly.

    Our Sufferfest Room. Me and wife trains together. 2 x Tacx Bushido's controlled via 2 x Laptops. Laptop for music or movies. We use Zwift and Sufferfest.
