Does'nt more leverage (longer crank arm), mean that the workload becomes easier? In other words, the longer your crank arm (if your leg lenght allows it), makes it easier for you to move the bicycle forward

No vehicle is allowed to ride in the yellow lane, unless it is an emaergency. A bicicle is also a vehicle. If any car want to pass you it should do so that their is at least 1.5 m space between the cyclist and the car. This ineffect means that a car must gange lanes when passing a cyclist
