  1. Currently for recovery I use Chocolate Soya milk and L-Glutamine. GI32 also have a recovery drink that contains Soya Protein. I have heard many not so nice stories about Soya, so I am a little carefull using too much Soya products
  2. Lactose intolerance comes from the casien, I think and if they use Isolate it would help
  3. Thank you for your reply. I was more thinking about stage races. I am currently preparing for the Panorama tour. i am Lactose and Gluten intollerant and therefore I asked if you have a product that contains protein that is not derived from milk.

  11. First the Cell C tour of SA (sponsor withdrawing) and now this. In SA sponsors are not very reliable. Could the organizers not see this coming. Did they not have regular contact with the sponsor over the past year?

  14. On a serious note: So called "motors" are usually placed in the seat tube and drive the cranks. If he had a motor in his bike, then surely the cranks would also be turning with the wheels?

    The wording on the website is the old message that they put up about 3 or 4 years ago when they did the original route change. They haven't updated the website since.

  19. BTW, did not ride this year because of the fee and the road conditions. They won't see me again at any of their races
  20. If ASG says that they had to up the race entry fees because of poor sponsorship, then it seems that all the races that they organize have poor sponsorship, because all their races are more expensive than non-ASG races. Maybe put a little less money into your pockets ASG and more into cycling.
