Do it! Just be sure to use a chamferless 26mm socket. No need to do a lower leg service to pop off a volume spacer! Though it is easy to do the lower service. Just need the oil, brake cleaner and a couple of crush washers

Upgraded my Fox 34 to 130mm with a new damper and air shaft. Also ditched the front lockout. Thanks to Jacques at Cogent Industries for getting me the parts ????????

Went through this excercise with my 940 as you can see from the link Chris posted. The fork come with the maximum number of volume spacers installed. With the correct sag it was too progressive and harsh on the wrists whilst leaving too much travel untapped. One less spacer, 10PSI more pressure and it is butter smooth

Yup, hope Pro 4. Much tighter than the stock Syncros hub. 8 degree engagement I believe. You can get tighter if you go for a DT Swiss hub with the 54 tooth ratchet system. Takes it down to 6 degree engagement and sounds like a big Marlin on the line

Got me a new rear hub with much better engagement than the stock unit. Bike feels a lot more responsive now. Big shout out to Nic the Wheelbuilder for his help!

Big shoutout to @Farrnus and his team. Bought two pairs of gloves last week and had them the following day. One pair of gloves arrived slightly damaged. Hi all Rob here from Bedfordview in JHB. Back on the MTB after an 18 year break. I picked up a second hand KTM Ultra Sport from a pal. Done a few rides on the Spruit and enjoyed it thoroughly (apart from binning it on both rides). Thinking a soft tail might have been a better choice to go for Hoping to explore a few more trails round JHB.
